October 17-21

Math homework will have a few changes this quarter:

The DAILY Word Problem will still be done daily, which means due the next day :) for us to review in class. Students need to practice on their own and then review in class the following day, so that they learn WHY they are getting the problems right or wrong!

Weekly homework will come home on Monday and is due to be turned in by Friday. Students are encouraged to complete it prior to Friday!! They may turn it in as soon as they are done with it.

Lastly, Blocks 1 and 4 will receive a Problem of the Week. These are graded on many items, not just the correct answer. Rubrics will be copied on to the back so that students and parents will know what I am looking for on the completion of these problems!

As always, thank you for your support!
